Dear Medical Biller:

Thank you for your interest in joining The American Medical Billing Association.

AMBA was founded in September, 1998, by Cyndee Weston and Larry Weston. We live in south central Oklahoma and have been providing billing and consulting services to doctors and other healthcare providers since December, 1989. Together, we have about 30 combined years of experience in billing, consulting, management and computer technology.

Our idea of being involved in an association was to network, share information and ideas and support each other and to publicly market our abilities and ideas as a group. That is one of the main reasons why we have formed AMBA -- so everyone benefits from the support and involvement of each other.

At AMBA, our focus is centered on:

Members Only area with links on all sorts of issues including medical billing, small business management, freeware and shareware programs, marketing, newsletters, clearinghouses, insurance carriers and provider specialty information and more.

Our Members Only Email Group has several hundred members who participate in sharing information, ideas and support with each other. We have around 50,000 archived posts where questions have been asked and answered and there are dozens of files other members have uploaded for you to use.
