AMBA reserves the right to review a company before final approval as a sponsor is granted. If you do not meet the criteria to sponsor at the conference, we will refund your registration fee and contact you by email and/or phone.

General Criteria Include:

1. Sponsor must provide medical billing and coding industry-related services/solutions

2. Sponsor must be US-based due to HIPAA Obligations

3. Sponsor must not have multiple disconcerting reviews on the BBB or other legitimate review sources online.

4. Sponsor shall not have any history of unethical or illegal business dealings

This Sponsorship Includes:

  • Special “Silver” Sponsor Recognition (during the conference, on conference-related emails, on the conference app, in the conference brochure, & on AMBA’s website for 1 year)
  • 1/2 Page Ad in Conference Brochure

  • Pre- and Post-Conference Attendee List (name, email, & company)

  • Recognition in Post-Conference Webinar Series (available to all AMBA’s online customers)
  • 1 email blast specifically about your company (sent to everyone in our member database of 23,000 people)
  • Custom Folders featuring your logo and a space for a business card inside for each attendee! These will be given to each attendee when they check in to the conference Thursday morning.
