Bronze Sponsorships – $2,000 Each
Option 1: Coffee Sponsor
- Digital Ad: ¼ Page in Conference Brochure (in the Whova app)
- Sponsor Sign: Your company’s logo featured on a professional sign displayed by the coffee cart.
- Recognition: Throughout the conference, AMBA communications, and website for one year.
- Bonus: One email blast and a 3-month newsletter ad.
- Swag 1: This sponsor can have branded 6-8 oz (max size) cups made and set up at the coffee/beverage station for attendees.
- Swag 2: One item in attendee bags (you provide).
- Access to the Whova App as a Conference Sponsor: You do not have to be present in person to connect with attendees!
Option 2: Daily Breakfast Break
- ¼-page brochure ad and Whova sponsor listing
- Access to the Whova App as a Conference Sponsor (no need to attend in person to connect with attendees)
- Logo display during the breakfast break
- Special “Bronze” Sponsor Recognition (during the conference, on conference-related emails, on the conference app, and on AMBA’s website for 1 year)
- Promotion via Whova app marketing and post-event recognition
- Recognition throughout the conference, AMBA communications, and website for one year
Option 3: Daily Luncheon Break
- ¼-page brochure ad and Whova sponsor listing
- Access to the Whova App as a Conference Sponsor (no need to attend in person to connect with attendees)
- Logo display during the luncheon break
- Special “Bronze” Sponsor Recognition (during the conference, on conference-related emails, on the conference app, and on AMBA’s website for 1 year)
- Promotion via Whova app marketing and post-event recognition
- Recognition throughout the conference, AMBA communications, and website for one year
Sponsor Approval Policy
AMBA reserves the right to review a company before granting final approval as a sponsor. If a company does not meet the criteria to sponsor at the conference, we will refund the registration fee and contact you by email and/or phone.
- Sponsor must provide medical billing and coding industry-related services/solutions.
- Sponsor must be US-based due to HIPAA obligations.
- Sponsor must not have multiple disconcerting reviews on the BBB or other legitimate review sources online.
- Sponsor shall not have any history of unethical or illegal business dealings.
This Sponsorship Also Includes
- Link exchange (from AMBA’s page to yours & vice versa) with your logo and company information
- Pre- and post-conference attendee list (name, email, & company)
- A sign displayed on an easel during lunch or breakfast highlighting that you are a Bronze Sponsor
- Recognition in post-conference webinar series (available to all AMBA’s online customers)
